God is still speaking.
WOW!
It never ceases to amaze me that the Creator of the universe, Almighty God, Everlasting Father who through Jesus has become our Prince of peace and Wonderful Counselor, the God who spoke the entire world into being, now uses His mouth to speak to us. After conceiving every living creature from the seed of His Word planted in the earth, He watered the ground, made mud and used His hands to form man from the dust of the earth into His own image. He brought His face close and breathed His breath into him, and man became a living being with whom He could have conversations. (Genesis 2:6-7) And He walked with him in the cool of the garden.
The garden of Eden is that secret place where He encounters us, and His Kingdom comes to earth as it is in heaven.
This blog is conceived in Eden, born of that place of intimacy where God speaks His rhema Word. Rhema is when His Spirit, His ruach breathes upon HisWord, and it becomes a living seed birthing His will in the wombs of our minds and hearts.
My beloved brothers and sisters, if you hunger for manna the bread of heaven, you must arise early for truly the early bird gets the worm. If you walk with Him in the cool of the garden which you are cultivating in your secret place, He will prepare a rhema feast for you and set a table before you in the presence of your enemies.
I invite you to walk together with me in the garden. The Lord has not only given me permission to share with You some of what He speaks to me in the secret place but He has charged me with creating this blog in January 2026 and cultivating this garden in my little corner of the worldwide web that He might move through an impartation of His Spirit and presence.
And where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. Therefore, I expect the Lord to work through this blog to bring us healing and deliverance.
This blog will also include rhema words/revelations from trusted partners with whom I do life. And we will share stories of our adventures in hearing and DOING the word of God. Because we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.
All who are hungry and thirsty for the Lord, to hear His voice, to meet with Him face to face and to drink deeply from His well are invited to journey with us. You will know you have found your tribe if the words on these pages are the very words Holy Spirit is whispering to you in the secret, in the quiet. All are welcome. On these pages there is neither Jew nor gentile, male nor female, slave nor free, democrat or republican but we are one in the Spirit.
19 Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:19-25 NIV
Or as the Message puts it...
19-21 So, friends, we can now—without hesitation—walk right up to God, into “the Holy Place.” Jesus has cleared the way by the blood of his sacrifice, acting as our priest before God. The “curtain” into God’s presence is his body.
22-25 So let’s do it—full of belief, confident that we’re presentable inside and out. Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.
Amen, Lord. Let it be to your servant as You have spoken.
